Chef’s Bio
Giannis Vasiliadis
Giannis Vasileiadis was born in 1981 in Thessaloniki. Giannis started his career in Gastronomy in 1998
only at 17 years old. He developed his culinary skills by working in 5 star Hotels in Thessaloniki
and Athens next to awarded Chefs in Greece.
In 2010, at 29 years of age, he became Executive Chef and with his imagination and love for the Greek
cuisine he gave to the Hotel’s restaurants high quality dishes filled with the aroma and Flavors of Greece.
His primary target is to offer an Infinite Memorable Gastronomy experience
